Hands down the most horrid experience of my trip. Another example of a thai rip off. The advertised price is different to what they charge. The staff are so rude. The taxi driver bullied every passenger into a huge tip. Actually abused the couple before us for not tipping high enough. Wish i could give them 0 stars.
Here's a tip, don't use them but instead download the Grab app (asian uber) and order it to the carpark outside. Cheaper and great service, new air-con cars and quicker than waiting in a queue!

Great company to work with. I booked them online for a round trip hotel transfer prior to coming to Samui. They were there at a kiosk at the airport when I arrived and had a driver waiting for me. They picked me up promptly at my hotel for the return trip back to the airport. I was able to effectively communicate with them via email in English previous to my arrival. Provided what the promised, without a hitch.

I used their services to get to my hotel from the airport.
The car was very clean, comfortable and spacious.

Whenever I am in a country I haven't been before I prefer to arrange a car service to meet me at the airport which I why I went Samui Airport taxi. I found the link for the service on the Samui airport website and the whole process of ordering the car was quick and easy. On the day of arrival our flight was delayed and I had to change the pickup time and they were quick to respond and make the adjustments. The van was well maintained and most importantly the air conditioning worked great. Overall I recommend this service, for the quality, the easy of use and the price is good.

We used Samui Accom to transfer from Maenam pier to Samui airport. The van was immaculate, spacious and comfortable with the added bonus of electric massage function in 2 of the seats. The driver was polite, courteous and was ready waiting to pick us up when the boat arrived from Koh Tao. He also handled all of our luggage in and out of the van. Samui Accom will be my first choice for transfers on my next trip to Samui.

Booked transport to and from lamai online and paid via PayPal. Very reasonably priced. Nice cars. On time. Cheaper than cars arranged by hotel. (The Renaissance)

Booked a Minibus with Samui Acccom to Lamai. We were told the wait would be about 10-15min however almost an hour later we were still sitting waiting for more passengers to fill up the minibus. Complete waste of time and not worth saving the extra cash.
