Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Sillloth green was very spacious, clean and tidy and the flower beds and displays are stunning & well kept. The day we went there was a little land train running around the green and a couple of fairground rides. We went on the land train but one of the fairground rides had broken down so our daughter couldn't go on it, however she didn't mind. There is a playground towards the back of the green which my daughter enjoyed.

What a wonderful area! Well kept and lovely for a picnic or for the kids to play. The play parks are lovely and the "train" on the amusements was a lovely addition

A great space for a walk. We stayed at an Airbnb close by and enjoyed walking in this area several times, mornings and evenings. It was peaceful with very few people out and about. During the time we were there it was extremely windy and we guessed that it might always be windy by the way the trees were turned. Even in the wind, it was pleasant and relaxing to walk.

A vast expanse of green greets you when you visit Silloth. It’s always well kept, and litter free. Nearer the sea you’ll find a traditional cafe open, but only during the holiday season.
Worth a stroll !

Just a nice open space in a pretty little town that holds on various weekends throughout the year . great on a sunny day with the kids for a old traditional picnic. Only a short walk to the sea and amusement Centre over to the right of the Green also handy for a lovely Ice cream across the road.
