About Sjusjoen Husky Tours
Dog sled with Alaskan huskies and Malamutes in beautiful mountain scenery by Sjusjoen is an absolutely wonderful way to experience nature and interacting with animals. Tours are frequent in winter and in autumn we drive with trollies! After the tour we enjoy hot drinks in traditional huts and bake bread over the fire, and during the autumn holiday we do tours from Fjellkro in Ljosheim.

What a wonderful experience! The landscape is stunningly beautiful and the huskys seem to enjoy it as much as their passengers. Next chsnce I will opt for a longer trip. I laughed all they way!

Friendly staff and very nice and fit dogs. It seems like some of them go on competitions and use these tours as training. It was a very nice trip and I'd totally recommend it to anyone who has the opportunity. I will most likely repeat...More

We were a family of 4 (2 young children). The kids rode in the lead sled with the staff member leading, which they enjoyed (and they were put in a muffler to keep warm). For us, one person leads the sled, while the other rides,...More

Our Norwegian hosts took us on this 15 km dog sledding trip--and it was a new experience to them as well. The expansive views of dotted with cabins and wind-stunted trees were breathtaking, but the experience of rising the sled made it unique. Basically all...More
