Great for cycling trip - vistas and hills - cars stay away :)

There seems very little mention anywhere in any of the official guides but this is a terrifying drive for even the most cautious of driver. I now understand cars are to be banned on this road from 2018 and as a motorist I totally agree. I have driven all over the world but never on a more frightening road with... More

Cap de Formentor must be one of the most visited places in northern Mallorca and it deserves its glory. The light house on the point of narrow peninsula is just the cheery on the pie but it is a journey that makes the base for a trip. There are beautiful vistas along the way and riding with hundreds of fellow... More

Difficult route on bike. Lots of cyclists. Narrow roads and limited parking at the top. Excellent views how ever. Good canteen...but very busy with hungry cyclists

We started our cycle route in alcudia and made our way to the top it is challenging but well worth the trek! It was really busy with cars queuing to get in so if you have the stamina and motivation ditch the hire car and get on a bike The views were to die for and what an achievement when... More

A very popular destination and rightly so, the majestic beauty of Mallorca in all its glory! The road up from Pollenca is pretty windy and completely full of brightly coloured things on expensive bicycles so be aware of impatient idiots in cars who will pass them on blind bends. The viewpoint at the halfway point is well worth stopping at... More

Great trip! Spectacular views and breath taking moments! While driving better be careful but should be quite pleasent. Not much space for parking and one cafeteris there. Look, take pictures and leave!

Worth the visit for all cyclists some tough climbs on the way and a dark tunnel to get through. Went on a Monday at mid day. Queue in coffee shop was ok, food expensive. Great view.

Be courageous to visit it but not in the highseason; the road is difficult with many narrow windings and busy traffic of all sorts, the barriers are sometimes poor on the cliffs, so be careful! The views are breathtaking; Nice trip, but ventursome and risky.
