Amazing views combined with romantic dining
Couldn’t get enough of this view! If booking a taxi, would leave extra room to take it all in. The staff were lovely and approachable, nothing was too much to ask. We had a starter and main each with a few drinks and were all delicious. Food came very quickly, and everything seemed very efficient. As soon as we entered, we almost gasped at the beauty of the restaurant as a whole. Even without the amazing view, the restaurant stands for itself in being a beautiful place to visit. Go for the views, stay for the food and service!

    Beautiful restaurant and views!
Beautiful restaurant me and my family visited. We booked a reservation a week in advance and already slots were filled up! We booked it at 7.30 pm for a sunset dinner and we drove there by quad bikes which took around 50 minutes from Kalamaki - the views were amazing! The views of Mizithrez was amazing and the atmosphere and food at the Keri restaurant were fabulous! Only wish we weren’t driving so that we could have enjoyed some of the cocktails. We had the the tropical mocktail instead which was lovely! Thanks for a fab time x

    Great food, even better views
After reading through some of the reviews for Keri Lighthouse I was definitely skeptical, but we decided to try it anyway. There is a €25 minimum per person, however my friend and I didn’t see this as an issue because we weren’t going out for many meals anyway so it would be one of our special ones. When booking our table online I did specifically ask for a good table due to it being a special occasion and they pulled it out the bag. I think we had one of the best tables there and we were thankful for the views. We decided to skip the appetisers as there wasn’t particularly anything that we fancied, so went straight to mains. I decided to go for the lamb shank and holy moly, it was sooooo good! It came served in a little bag tied with string in a bowl which did tell me that they didn’t exactly cook this from scratch, but either way I wasn’t particularly bothered as it was so good! My friend went for the grilled shrimp pasta and she enjoyed it too. For dessert we went for the pavlova, which was also just awesome. The server told us that he’d asked the chef to make it ‘extra special’, though we’re not so sure we believe that one 🤣. Either way the food was really, really good. The one downside I would say is that there was a lot of servers on at that time, I think I possibly saw around 8 of them and they didn’t seem to actually do an awful lot. They would all stand with each other in a group and talk and make jokes with each other, even when we were trying to catch their attention. Other than that, I really did have a lovely time there and as you can see from the pictures, the views are insane!

This review is posted to a listing for Keri Lighthouse, classified as a lighthouse. This is not the listing for Keri Lighthouse Restaurant.

Sunday 18th July and we drove to the southern tip of the Island. We were going to visit the Keri lighthouse which is located 2 kilometres outside the village.

By the lighthouse the road just ends there was an unsurfaced car park where we parked up.

Sadly we we were not able to gain access to the Lighthouse as both gates were firmly locked closed. There were people inside, obviously working, but visitors were not permitted. Understand it has been closed for some time.

We did get glimpses of lighthouse, known as the candle, through the trees.

Going on a boat trip later in the holiday which will takes us around the headland, so hopefully we will get better views.

It was not a complete waste of time as we got to experience the Ionian Sunset Farm Cafe and saw the stunning Mizithres and cliffs of Keri. We also saw the largest Greek Flag in the world.

Breathtaking views along the west coast and fantastic sunset views. Also, you can visit the Keri village which is a small beautiful village. This area has absolute stunning views of the sunset and the cliffs below. It is a bit of the beaten track, therefore, you need transport to get there but it is well worth the visit. In June 2019,my wife's Greek uncle brought us in his car to this site. We were unable to gain access to the lighthouse. I assume it is not open to the public but the view from the surrounding cliff top is absolutely well worth a visit. There is a small kiosk selling soft drinks (required to buy to get in) where you can sit and soak it all up. However I was a little disappointed with one member of staff (the wife of the owner) who was not helpful when we return to pick up our forgotten backpack with our cameras. While she argued with us, her son picked our backpack from the bench and brought it to us.

Having visited the Keri lighthouse 8 years ago, and now a lot has changed in time, at that time you could take beautiful pictures of the view, but now the entire cliff top is full of bars and restaurants. There are signs everywhere that parking is free, but there is a condition that you also buy something from these eateries. If you don't want to buy, you can't go to see. Maybe the locals have made a decent business out of it.

What an amazing restaurant experience dining at the Keri Lighthouse on the island of Zakynthos is. Not only is the food and service great, you have the most mesmerising view to accompany your evening. It’s also home to the world’s biggest Greek flag which is a pretty cool sight! We dined there several times during our holiday and we’ll never forget it!

first have to say the view is really stunning. but the food was really poor. my seafood/shrimps spaghetti , there was no taste at all. i hoped that they have had a salt/pepper on tables or there has been a wedge of lemon with the food but no. tastes like plain pasta and 25euros. one of us took raviolo, that was ok but no salt. one of us took chicken that was ok but nothing special. we have table just near the cliff and there was some bushes , from there maybe came big group of little flies and we couldn't even eat that lame food 'cause all the time trying to vanish those bugs away.
one of us also fall her wine glass when it was still full and it could have been nice to get a new one 'cause it was an accident but no. after all that we still take dessert tiramisu and not good at all. i'm also a chef so it was really sad to see this place. really waste of money to eat here, you can see the view somewhere else also. sorry about my english.

We didn’t set out for Keri Lighthouse but ended up there. The first thing you can’t miss as you drive towards it is a massive Greek flag, which is almost hypnotic in the way it moves.
There currently doesn’t appear to be an actual lighthouse but where the massive flag pole & flag is (it apparently holds the Guinness world record for the largest Greek flag in a pole in the world!) is a restaurant with the most incredible views. You can’t see the views unless you go for something to eat or drink but it is worth it on both accounts.
We were there just after 12 so we ordered a few of the cold appetisers & a Greek salad to share. The portions weren’t huge but good for appetisers & all really tasty. Our daughters then had desserts which were very good too.
It certainly wasn’t the cheapest lunch we’ve had but not outrageous for the quality or the location.

I've been to many beautiful locals in the world, and this is a MUST see. From booking to walking in, to customer service, it was all perfectly executed. The food was delicous and the restaurant is set up perfectly with fantastic views! What can I say, run here, do not walk! Get a reso because this restaurant is exploding with popularity! For good reason! Yamas!
