Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Drove over from Gouiva for a sunset note the drive up to the view point zigzags through some tight village passes and we were held in ques on the way up and down.
Parking easy on the side of the road around the restaurant.
The viewing area was crowded for a Thursday sunset mixed locals and tourists.
The higher view point didn't actually see the sunset as trees blocking the west view.
Nice evening to watch the sun go down great views across the island .
Note after the sunset a Le-mans style race back to the cars and down the mountain so be first or hang back ten mins.

You can understand why Kaiser Wilhelm had himself brought up here every day to watch the sunset. A really great view, even if you're there in the morning like we were. We didn't find the drive up as dramatic as some of the reviews here made it out to be. You have to go through a small mountain village with a narrow main road. Once you get to the top, there is a relatively large car park.

So this great view a must see when you are in Corfu. You don't have long hiking trails there. You don't have to walk far. Driving there in a car is on normal roads, which are a bit narrower but doable. Upstairs there is a parking space for many cars. There's a restaurant if you want a drink. The view is amazing. It was very windy with us, yet you saw incredibly far and we were alone most of the time. If you go further back, there are a lot of love locks attached, which has a lot of flair with the view. You can see 360° over the city. Also with a display where which city is made very nice.

We ventured up to Kaiser’s Throne to see the sunset. The views are unrivalled and you can see all across the island. There is parking at the top, but we parked midway up and walked the rest as we were worried the highest car park would be full. From the top car park (near the hotel) it was a very short and gentle walk to Kaiser’s Thrown. To get onto of the thrown itself there were several large steps for the best view.

This place has the most spectacular view down the west coast of Corfu and over to the east towards Corfu town and Albania. We parked in Pelekas and walked the roughly 1km up to the lookout, but there was enough parking at the top if you don’t want to walk, although there is a hotel at the top and some spaces I think are for guests. The place gets its name from Kaiser Wilhelm II and the hotel has several royal connections- Prince Philip was born on the dining room table! We got there for sunset which was spectacular, shared with about a dozen others. No entry charge.

A fantastic view………free view point what’s not to love followed by coffee in the hotel. I have been told to go at sunset but we couldn’t. …but I can imagine that would be good. Tip: go left as the walk up to platform is easier.

Views are very good. Shame the tourists have put the padlocks all over the railings. Difficult to find parking as the access road is through a small village with just the one street going in and out. The bar/restaurant next door to the Kaiser's Throne looked like a good place to enjoy the views. The evening I was there was mid-August and a heatwave and the views became amazing as the sea and the sky merged as one and very worthwhile seeing this.

Lovely viewing point with a good restaurant at the nearby Hotel.
Not far away from the parking lot and easy to access even when you're not being able to walk well.
Recommended for the sunset 🥰

The view is really beautiful. However, you should be aware that the way there is not so easy. The streets are extremely narrow and very small. If you are not used to them and are not a good driver, you should probably avoid it. You drive right past the chairs and tables of the restaurants, which was very exciting :)

Walked up from Pelekas at sunset, although there are a gew parking places at the entrance.
Beautiful view, lots of information and a lovely little spot for a spectacular view east and west.
Popped into the hotel next door for a lovely meal and drinks too.

You can drive or walk up from Pelekas. Walk about 10 mins from bottom of hill or 20 from bus stop. If you have a car you can drive right to the top.

Vero.
