I booked this for my partners Christmas present. He has always wanted to fish on the Ebro. Ollie made it easy to book and answered all of my silly questions, as i wanted it go be the holiday of a lifetime for him. We were encouraged to hire a car which was the best thing to do as it gave us the freedom to visit some places of interest as well. Ollie upgraded us and It was lovely and the food was outstanding. Ollie is the best guide you could ask for, he has top notch equipment, orders the pellets in for you so you get more time fishing and takes some fab photos for you. Ollie always wants the best for his clients and is happy to stay fishing all day and until midnight if you want. He knows all of best places to fish. It was amazing, my partner caught loads of fish, the best of all were the monster cat fish. Within a few hours of fishing one evening, my partner pulled out cat fish, one after ths other, these ranged from 138-143lb. It was unreal. Another day Ollie asked us did we want to carp fish, this was another fantastic day on the opposite side of the bank. Ollie took us across on his boat. Ollie is by far the best guide and one of the nicest people ive met. I would recommend that if you want to fish on the ebro, book River ebro cat fishing with ollie. It was by far the best holiday ever, we will definitely b back next year. Thanks Ollie its been truly amazing x

The best fishing ever, Oliver our guide was amazing. 4catfish around 140lb in only a few hours of fishing, plus 2double catches around 50-60pound a couple of Carp for 20lb a piece, and several other Catfish caught in a day. Absolutely amazing. Oliver

This trip had been on the cards for a few years for our group, we finally got the calenders to align and booked in with ollie for July, we met Ollie at the accommodation and within 30 mins we had rods in the water, within an hour had our first fish on the bank, the action didn't really stop culminating in a 144lb cat for my brother on the 1st night, a fish of his dreams. PBs were smashed every day for the next 5 days by all of us!! Boat battles, bank battles, storms, fire planes, Cats and carp we had the lot! we had 7 cats over 100lb and lots 60lb+, carp we had to 43lb and close to 100 fish. Back home we would be counting ounces on our carp here we were chucking back 30's after a quick pic. The stamp of fish is mega. Ollie worked his socks off for us, above and beyond what should be expected, his touch truly made it a trip of a lifetime. A pleasure to fish with and loads of laughs kept the energy high and wait till you meet Lucie, the best bank dog you're likely to meet! We took up the food package ( highly recommend) Max cooked for us all week with freshly viewed coffee every morning with a fry up, rolls provided for lunch with organic produce from Maxs garden and then blown away by the dinners! I don't eat that well at home. Mexican, Paella, Greek lamb was actually madness. Cheers again Max!! We finished off the week with a BBQ and few drinks at the accommodation and it was a great way to round out the week and tell tales of out catches. If you're going to fish the Ebro, remove all the headaches and book your trip with Ollie, you will not regret it. Dreams made!

Just got back from spending a week in caspe with ollie, had an absolutely amazing time. We caught catfish up to 154lbs and carp up to 29lbs. Ollie's food was spot on and great company to be around, looking forward to booking again fantastic place.

This is our 5th time fishing the Ebro as a group of 2 and our first time fishing with Ollie from River Ebro Fishing,
We had a 5 day guided trip, when we arrived the conditions weren't great and we spoke to a different group who had struggled all week, so we weren't that confident.
How wrong we were !
Ollie was at the accomodation when we arrived in the afternoon waiting for us, within half an hour we were on the bank.
The fishing started with a bang, a 90lb cat fish followed by a double take, a 91 and a 122.
The action didn't stop the whole time we were fishing,
Ollie put us on the fish straight away and kept the runs coming constantly, he knows his stuff and is always working to get fish on the bank.
Every day, at some point, we had 2 fish on at once, the best brace being 150lb and 178lb
I smashed my pb time and again and ended up with a fish of 199lb my fishing partner beat his pb every day and finished with a fish of 192lb
We had 3293lb of cats over 5 day, 19 over 100lb and 9 of those over 150lb, we also had carp up to 40lb
My mate had 3 x 170lb fish in the same day.
The river levels were changing daily so Ollie didn't have it easy to keep us on the fish but he smashed it everyday. He knows his stuff and is a nice guy to be sat in the bank with.
Of all the guides we've had Ollie is by the far the best, if you're thinking of booking a trip to the Ebro don't hesitate to go with him.

The experience was everything we hoped for and more. It has been a lifelong dream of my son to catch a catfish in Spain. We were extremely lucky that we chose River Ebro Fishing Holidays to host us. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Fridge stocked, fishing equipment ready, fishing licences sorted! Oliver treated us like royalty, helping with fishing lines, cooking and bringing us refreshments.
In the 3 days we spent we caught a massive 50kg catfish and carp ( about 16kg) too many ro count.
It was an amazing experience and we are already planning our next trip.

Great, trip, amazing guide and the best fishing dog out there!
Oli was brilliant and his knowledge of the area and fish allowed us to get on the fish and have 6 100+ catfish as well as a multitude of carp and smaller cats in very difficult conditions. Cannot recommend this man enough, if you want to fish the Ebro and catch big cats Oli is who you want. All topped off by the wonderful Lucie Dog 🐶
We will definitely be back out in the near future.

A wonderful trip with Oli. He worked hard to get us on the fish and keep the bites coming. Great knowledge of the locations, conditions and features… and friendly company. As a group, we caught big carp, zander and multiple 100lb+ catfish. Very happy, grateful and would highly recommend.

I was a little hesitant of making the trip from Chicago to Spain for a fishing trip at first. I decided to put that aside and booked a few days of fishing with Rio Ebro catfishing holidays. The whole experience was very personal. Me and my dad arrived at camp and 30 minutes later we were fishing on the river. On day 4 we had not only broken both our PB records but had landed 2 massive 120lbs catfish. The place we stayed in was very clean and had working showers and very confortable. Ollie really made this trip a very memorable one. He is very easy going and he really is a professional when it comes to fishing. We came across a situation that only with his quick thinking and professionalism he helped us land a monster. Ollie our guide would cook for us breakfast and dinner. Some very delicious home made food. We felt very welcomed from the minute we arrived at camp. This is a trip I had been thinking of doing with my dad for a while and I am so glad I got to do it. Even if I wanted to I couldn’t say anything negative about the whole experience. I highly recommended Río Ebro catfishing Holidays

Great weeks fishing with Oli. Could not ask for more loved every part of it. With water levels really low and other groups struggling to catch, Oli put in the work to get all of us some awesome fish. Will defiantly be going back at some point soon.
