We visited this place twice, during a day and in the evening. Really beautiful with white houses, blue domes, narrow street. Magical in the evening, especially on the main square where few small restaurants are located and are beautifully decorated with flowers, lanterns, candles. It has this unique atmosphere of a provincial village where everybody knows each other, chats and... More

This town is very quite, very poor, but absolutely GORGEOUS! Please support the man who makes the leather bags. He a sweet heart and he sales good quality items that he makes by hand. We visited the area on our amazing private tour of Santorini. It was nice to visit an area that isn't full of tourist. I particularly loved looking at the houses and their decor. You can really see the love and pride people have in this place!

Unique place to walk the streets, enjoy the best views of the Aegean Sea. To have a coffee in their crowded streets or eat some typical Greek food

You can't visit the Greek islands without seeing Santorini. Yes, it's full of tourists, but the views can't be beat. After the hot mainland, the sea breezes were a great relief. Shopping is expensive, but some really nice things can be found. Have lunch or dinner on a terrace and watch the boats sail in and around the volcanic caldera.... More
