Every natural aspect of this beach is phenomenal. The beach features fine sand, warm, calm waters and measures several kilometers in length, stretching out in both directions from the Eco Centre buildings at the entrance. Irving has gone to great lengths to safeguard the sensitive sand dune habitat, by fencing off a large stretch, about 50ft back from the water's... More

If you have the chance to take the time, take a few hours to walk or ride a fat bike beyond the walkway. We did this last summer and the lighthouse at the end of the dunes was our reward. Secluded and spectacular!

Unfortunately we were running late and the buildings were closed and staff gone. However, the information boards along the boardwalk were very informative. One set of information boards was especially good in that it showed the changes in the dunes due to storms and erosion over the years. This really highlighted the problem of maintaining and preserving this area. In... More

Very informative staff, great walk way with informative plaques along the way. Stairs for beach access. Peaceful setting, only sound was the waves and birds

A gorgeous, quiet beach. There has been very little foot traffic every time I've visited throughout the summer, which makes this place so much more appealing to me than the busier beaches farther south. The signs along the boardwalk are informative and worth the read, too!

Boardwalk for ease of walking but you can still access the beach. I've been here a few times. Always great photo ops.

Especially on a sunny day, take the time to walk along the boardwalk and read all the informational signs. This has been very nicely done. If you are adventurous, you could spend time on the beach and swim.

Great to see the ecofriendly information in the centre and the boardwalk is lovely. There is access to the beach from here so you can have a paddle too! Great place to take children to learn a bit and have fun too.

We recently spent two nights at Parkland Village Inn, attracted by the location of the inn and the tides at Bay of Fundy. What I did not expect was the warm hospitality of the inn owner Andrew and his partner. Andrew's prompt response to our concerns and helpful suggestions on local restaurants and scenic spots made our visit to the... More
