We stayed at La Junta (close by campground) so the waterfalls were a short 5min walk (if that). You need to cross a river, which was fresh in March, but the view was worth it! Clear blue water. A must see!

Have fun all day and chill. Careful at the slides...specially in the middle....many had severe injuries and a few died.

These "natural waterslides" are just a short hike from any of the campsites around La Junta, and incredibly fun! The water is icy cold, but if you visit in the summer it is quite refreshing. Just be careful on the slippery granite!

Hi, nearest place to park is Basecamp Cochamo for 3000 pesos, trekking is 12 km 3-4 hours.
