The whole scenery seems a little bit out of place. The temple is located in the Khao Kho hills, who looks like the Swiss Alps without snow. The temple itself is absolutely marvelous with a blend of Hundertwasser and Gaudi. It is a popular place...More

Really like the place. The temple is so pretty. There are two temple opposite each other. One temple has the wall and floor built with beautiful stone. The other temple is white in colour.

It’s the most popular temple around This part of Thailand. Average Temple, seen much better ones in Thailand. The buildings structure are quite nice, took lots of picture here.

The place was great. Though not a buddhist, i enjoyed the place and learned many things about the faith. The structures arw well built and the designs are amazing.

Just few kilometers outside main road, this temple complex has some nice eclectic decor and architecture and spectacular views on offer. Construction is still ongoing (Big Buddha statue), which is not so good for s nice photos. Free of charge for all visitors !

Another solution (Petchabun being well off the backpacker's circuit) is to contact the Kosit Hills hotel in Petchabun and ask if they know of anyone in Petchabun running a mini bus tour to the temple. Very likely. Kosit... More
