Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We live in Copenhagen and have two boys (3 & 5) who are born with an excess of energy, which is why we love this place. They can run around this massive indoor playground for 4-5 hours easy! Great WiFi connection and parent lounge, though prices are a bit high. If you’re in Copenhagen with kids and it’s raining, this is a good alternative for kids up to at least 12. The only hiccup for travelers will be transportation, as it’s easiest to get there by car. If you do decide to go, and use public transportation, then plan for a day trip and it will be worth the “trouble”.

4000 square meters of pure play land. Everything indoor. Nice dinosaur sculptures and wall decorations. Lots of activities for children aged 1 to 12..

This place is all about one thing - having fun!
Unlike similar indoors playgrounds, it is extremely tidy and clean, which is a massive plus. Both a 2 year old girl and a 5 year old boy were racing around, climbing, sliding and jumping. It's quite big, so even when it gets fairly crowded it doesn't feel all that bad, though it's recommended to arrive early. The cafeteria served OK food, organic juices etc at reasonable prices.
Definitely not our last visit :-)

Brought my kids here on a rainy day. Also brought an adult friend with me.
The kids had fun. Place is big and nice for kids to burn some energy.
Reason for my two stars is the pricing, lack of service and the dirty interiors.
Accompanying adults have to pay an entrance fee, even though they’ll just sit on a couch and drink coffee throughout the entire visit.
You must take your shoes off as soon as you enter, however they don’t provide you with disposable socks of any kind. And the floor inside is filthy, as the employees are wearing their outdoor shoes!
So you’re forced to walk around barefoot on a filthy floor.
Food and drinks way to overpriced for such a place.
The deposit boxes: will take your money.
Staff aren’t really bothered.

The tables are very dirty and even after I approached the staff 4 times and asked for the table to be wiped, nothing happened. Each time they said they would come down immediately. The family next to me gave up and wiped the table themselves.
We will not be visiting Dino's playland in Ishøj again.
