It does require a moderate to high level of fitness, but is definitely doable if taken at a slower speed. Don't schedule the tour when time limits apply (eg boarding times) as the time it takes varies. The hike before reaching the canyon only makes the experience more rewarding at the end, overall it was unforgettable and would recommend for... More

This is not for anyone who is not somewhat physically fit! I really enjoyed the trip and I think all 6 adults in our group were glad we did it. The real beauty was at the end of the cave. The view was stunning and well worth the trip down. I would not recommend this for small children. There were... More

Not for the feint hearted - wonderful scenery and adventure and worthwhile if you are reasonably fit

Amazing day on the tour. Guides were fantastic with our 8 and 12 year olds. Breath taking scenery, unforgettable experience. But not for the faint hearted, must be reasonably fit for this tour. Book directly with opera telly in Luganville as proceeds go to development of schools in local village. Not to be missed!

The tour consists of a 45 minute ride there, an hour and a half hike, a 30 minute trip through the cave, 30 minutes of canyoning, 30 minutes of swimming, another hour of hiking and another 45 minute ride back. The 90 minute hike is really not enjoyable. Its not especially challenging just the trail isn't in great condition so... More

Amazing experience but not for the faint hearted. Booked through Luke from Paradise Tours, who were professional and efficient. Our guide Carlo picked us up from airport and we travelled for around 45minutes to the first village . He was chatty and happy and gave us a brief on what to expect on the tour. My husband and I didn't... More

I must say I read a lot reviews before attempting the trek and none of them really made me realise just how hard this was going to be. Admittedly it is the wet season and the track was muddy and slippery, but it’s a lot more than that. It’s hot and humid, you go up and down hills countless times... More

A real adventure, it was very wet and slippery and I took a decent tumble. Amazing views, great guides. Not for the faint-hearted. Our son, 11 thought it was awesome so should not be a problem for that age group at all.

Really great project, good for local society. It does require a bit of fitness, it is not just a walk in the park(at least not for me , slightly overweight 49 year old). I made it and enjoyed the views, the locals , beautiful fruit and village. The swim was absolutely amazing! Should be on everybodies bucket list. Charlie thank... More
