Karnataka's Nagarhole National Park is one of the top national parks in India and is an excellent palace to see elephants close up in their natural habitat. It's not unusual to see herds of elephants on the river bank. The park is a place of...More
Great place & must see attraction. Make sure to carry your ID card as tickets for the Safari would only be issued after a valid ID is produced. A great wildlife that brings us closer to nature. Safari is a must see.

When we visited Kabini, the boat safari's were not operational due to the water level. We had undertaken the evening safari which was a good experience. The animals were in the open. Though it was raining on and off we could spot them well. I believe morning time animals are more likely to be close to the watering holes. Best would be take the evening safari, stay the night and then the boat safari in the morning. That was what we had planned but could not do. Hope this helps. Have a great trip!
