Learn to waterski or wakeboard with us at the North of England's premier cable wake park. From beginner to advanced there is something here for everyone. Learn in a group with friends or come down on your own and make friends! Our facilities include the cable ski plus wake park (kickers and sliders etc.) plus an on-site cafe, licensed bar and Ten Feet High wakeboard shop. Thinking of organising an event with us? A fantastic experience & quite a workout ! A great range of obstacles & very well maintained.
The staff were incredibly helpful & accomodating even though we arrived late due to car issues. Making a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon for my teenage sons Birthday with friends & family.

Visited the Aqua Park for my sons 16th birthday party. Due to the hot and sunny weather, the park was very busy however the whole park team were ready for our arrival, reserved us food and seating and generally looked after us very well. Nothing was too much trouble and every single team member was extremely professional and friendly. We would highly recommend.

We went to the Aqua park as part of my stagg do as a group of around 20. It was so much fun and all the team there were so nice. I would highly recommend it as a guaranteed laugh and fun time!

First time at Sheffield Aqua Park and we will definitely visit again. A great experience for our group of 6. The customer service from Andy and staff was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot recommend the aqua park enough! We take a large group of students every summer (different students every year) and without exception they always love it! Staff are friendly and helpful and are happy to help with anything to make the day a success. From the initial booking enquiry to the completion of the day, nothing seems too much trouble. This year we ordered food and drinks for a group of 55 and it was prepared and delivered in perfect time for the students coming out of the water. We couldn't ask for better service or more helpful staff! Thank you!

The sun was shining , must have been more than 100 people sat drinking enjoying the cable ski.
Two toilets inside the bar were disgusting, blocked , no toilet paper and no hand washing facility as the taps weren’t working.
The toilets were then closed and reopened with one out of order.
This is the third time I’ve been here and although the atmosphere and vibes are great something needs to be done about the toilets.
The amount of money this business must take and they do not provide the basic facilities required, honestly two toilets in the women’s and one in the men’s is just not good enough.

Great place with a relaxed atmosphere, nice and clean, lovely food. My son tried the wakeboarding and loved it. Sadly he has woken up with a terrible rash all over his body, which we now know is Swimmers Itch. Had we known it was present we may have been able to prevent him getting it.

I made a mess up of our booking and turned up on the wrong day!!
The girl on the desk was superb and sorted it out and got us booked on to a different slot. I was very relieved to say the least!
My daughter and her friend had a FANTASTIC time when they got on.

Visited the aqua park with a few friends and it was so much fun! The staff were absolutely lovely and made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend (also, they have great hot chocolate for afterwards). Thank you for a wonderful morning :)

Thank you! What an amazing day we've all had. From booking all the way through to eating in your cafe. Every member of staff has been helpful, kind and considerate and gone above and beyond to make sure we had a great day. The only thing that could have made the day better would be to have warmer water...but even you guys can't control that. Thank you again to each and every one of you...especially the young man on the paddle board who helped our two younger members get back to shore. Absolutely brilliant day and we will be back....when we've warmed up 😊

The Sheffield and District Jetski Club is at the other end of the lake to the Cable and Aqua Park, you can find out more about them on the Rother Valley Country Park website (can’t add a link here I’m afraid).

How far is the car park from the aqua park?
What is best to wear under the wetsuits provided?

The car park is right next to the Aqua Park, there are a few car parks in Rother Valley Country Park, Follow signs to the Cable Water Ski to get to the right car park. It’s best to wear swimwear under hire wetsuits, wetsuit socks aren’t provided, most people go on the inflatables in bare feet - wetsuit socks are allowed on the inflatables but not socks with any kind of sole.

Are there any plugs in the changing rooms for hairdryers?

We don't have plugs available in the changing rooms but there is a hairdryer in the ladies.

I've seen in reviews there are no lockers but stuff can be kept in the car. Is the car park close to the changing rooms? and assuming all other stuff is left on a hanger in the changing room while you're out on the water?
Also does the car park machine take cash or card?
