Antoine and the other guides are fluent in English and will enlighten you about the fish life in the protected Costeau Reserve. We liked it so much we booked them twice. But it's best to book them before you arrive since they fill up quickly. Watching Antoine dive down and stay on the bottom pointing out fish and coral is worth the money alone. They are friendly, helpful, attentive and so knowledge about fish fish, the habitat, coral and sponges. I've been snorkeling for years but still learn so much from these knowledgeable people. Also great fun was spotting the Green Turtles in Malendure Bay. It really is set up for snorkelers. I think we saw more than the scuba divers swimming below us. I have only great praise for this very reasonably priced activity.

First Off : I lost my GoPro into the sea while getting into the ship... And Antoine found it like a pro in a few minutes while I was exhausting myself trying to find it !! Great service before even beginning our tour ahah. Besides, great equipment, fun and interesting comment from Antoine and we had beautiful seeings from corals/fish to green turtles without stressing them. Everything was done quite in harmony with the nature surrounding us. Swimming isnt my wife's strong suit but everything went well thanks to the floatings buoys. This tour is accessible for everybody and quite magical ! Five stars no doubt...

Fantastic snorkeling trip! Our guide Antoine was with us in the water, providing fascinating information about the sea life as we encountered it, going underwater to point things out and then surfacing to explain. There were 4 French speakers and 4 English speakers, and Antoine switched back and forth easily and cheerfully to make sure everyone understood. We went to two locations, first to watch and learn about green turtles and then to the Pigeon Islands to swim with schools of colorful fish, sponges, corals, etc -- a great abundance and variety of sea life and opportunity to swim in both shallow and deep water. The distances in the boat were short, so we were in the water most of the time. There were fruit juice and cookies awaiting us in the boat, and an outdoor shower and changing rooms back at the shop. The other Antoine, who greeted us and fitted us with wetsuits, masks, and fins, was wonderfully friendly, cheerful and helpful. The equipment was first rate, easy to use, and problem free. It was easy to communicate by email and reserve in advance in English and to have all questions answered in advance. Also easy to find the shop and to park there. Great value for the money!

The trip with Anbadlola was seamless. They provided us with well fitting masks, snorkels, and fins as well as wetsuits - which were much needed in January to keep away a chill. There was a place to leave our valuables. The boat ride to the reserve was beautiful and the Antoine gave us detailed directions and information at each stop and while in the water (in English). Thank you! We loved the trip, it was one of the highlights of the week for us. Beautiful fish and sea turtles.
