- George G4 contributionsChillva market in Phuket town.Amazing night market in Phuket. There are everything for eat, clothes, small restaurants and souvenirs. I like some Thai food is Mango sticky rice. A lot of tourist visit there and so far from my stay.Visited October 2023Travelled with familyWritten 7 October 2023
- Ben H5 contributionsGreat night market to visit for anyoneReally great market to visit if you’re in Phuket, has loads to do. There’s delicious street food, drinks, loads of stuff to buy and you can get pretty much anything you want like a haircut or jewellery. Went there with two small kids and was fine for them too. Def recommendVisited December 2023Travelled with familyWritten 27 December 2023
- Leon R38 contributionsGreat modern market combined with traditional Thai food stallsGreat market with a huge array of modern products, combined well with a huge array of traditional Thai foods from the many stalls. Here you can experience foods that range from good ol BBQ ribs, right through to the more exotic delicacies such as fried bugs, crickets and scorpions. We all bought something from the retail shops and tried a bit of food though we had already had dinner so could not fit in much - even though I wanted to experience more of the traditional foods. The market is really tidy and well structured, there is a shop that sells alcohol with a huge range of beers on ice that you can buy and walk around drinking. A diverse range of beers from around the world including Hoegaarden from the Netherlands, which was a nice surprise. Make sure you check this sce out at least once to tick it off!Visited January 2024Travelled with familyWritten 16 January 2024
- Sedi R85 contributionsCheap and livelyIt was a great lively market with almost cheapest food, hand crafts for souvenir, clothes and two separate live music. For example, beach shoes that were 200-250 baht in patong were 100-130 baht here. There were also Massage beds for those who were tired of walking 😅Visited February 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 29 February 2024

Went there on a Sat night, although it is smaller in size compared to Bangkok train night market but I did enjoyed eating at the numerous food stalls. I am not into shopping now, so but there're stores selling clothing and other stuffs. One recommendation is the BBQ jellyfish on sticks, each stick is 20 baht.

Very nice vibes market , I’ve managed to assist to magic show and a live band. Food is great ! But when it come to shopping you have to pay the full price, there is no negotiation for prices compared to all the other markets have been in Phuket. But defo recommended to pay a visit.

Overall, the market was a nice experience, with plenty of stores and food stalls to buy all sorts of exotic treats from. From seafood, meats, satay, fresh fruit, juices, pancakes, booze, insects - you name it, it's there. Also, there are plenty of clothing stores, souvenirs, jewellery, etc.
We went with our youngest in the stroller, which I wouldn't recommend as it's just way too busy and crowded. Would definitely leave it to the older kids and adults next time.

I have travelled to Thailand many times and visited many markets: this is a very, very average market. Much of the food is fried with some prawns but otherwise limited variety and some desserts. Shopping is also limited. I feel sorry for first time visitors who may think that the food is representative of normally gorgeous Thai cooking because it is not. If you are there for the weekend, go to the weekend market - this is not advertising, I wish to point out the better alternative to newbs so they can make a useful and more informed decision. Not worth a visit.

Stooped by during the week to check it out one evening expecting to do some shopping but there was not much besides food and more food. If you want to go grab some seafood this is the place for it. Don't expect to do much shopping here but you might be able to find what you are looking for. Go and enjoy even if its for a bit !

Awesome market that comes alive at night. It is a little bit cheaper than the shops that you find along patong or on the street. It gets very busy and you can also buy food there as well. There are as many food stalls as clothing.. we took a "bolt" ride share there and back from and to our hotel. "Bolt" is a cash only ride share app.

The market is really happening at night with live band music, variety of food stalls and stores selling clothes and souvenirs. The food stalls sell different items which makes it a great dinner/supper spot. Lots of locals hang out here as well, so the vibe is authentic.

What a fun market. Fantastic food with a very wide variety of options and so cheap. This market was selling really interesting stuff. Not the same as all the shops in Patong. Worth going just for the food. Love music and great atmosphere. We had a great night here. We were there for about 3.5 hrs.
