You learn how to prepare 5 courses. They have a different menu for each day of the week. So you can choose your overall program.

Hi we are coming to Phuket in March and my friend and I would like to do a cooking class, my question is would your class be safe for her as she has an anaphylaxis (allergy) to peanuts and shell fish ? Thanks Melissa

you can phone the school and let them know.The Thai s use a lot of peanuts in their cooking including peanut oil. I personally think it will be tough to eat in Thailand for your friend! Best of luck and happy travels1
