Disappointing visit, expected more, nothing unique. Rather purchase from the outside stalls than the stores as the prices are better. Cashier at the candle store could do with a course in customer care. Resident cat is more friendly. No assistance on the shop floor. Beautiful tranquil surroundings though.

This is a very tourist place and here you can appreciate how candles are crafted. It really worths a visit and spend some time watching craft men's making beautiful animals with their hands. Here you can buy beautiful candles, which one more beautiful, and traditional soaps. In the complex you also have other crafts, clothes and traditional staff from the... More

They stayed open late for us, and packed everything so well that is made it through car travel at 100 degrees. They also made it home without any damage.

The Swazi Candles is one of the best places to visit when in Swaziland, their products are wonderful and very unique. So many candles shaped in different forms which also can be switched on off with the asistance of a battery......Now how great is that!!! The only offside about the place is the short terrible gravel from the MR18 road.... More

The Candle Factory, the various shops and the market surrounding it, as well as the small coffee shop, are a definite stop over when visiting Swaziland. The candles are beautiful and make very attractive as well as affordable presents (one can make a provision for Christmas!). For visitors without GPS, the place is not always easy to find as Swaziland... More

Not only did we LOVE the candles, the rest of the shops and restaurant was absolutely delightful and provided a good taste of Swazi.

Swazi Candles is a lovely place to stop whilst travelling through Swaziland. There is a market to browse with African curios and a nice restaurant where we had a lovely breakfast. The candle shop is outstanding and the beautiful candles are reasonably priced with a wide variety to chose from. Well worth a visit

We stopped by this shop for a short time,it sells an amazing selection of candles, ones you would just want to keep as an ornament, rather than light.Outside there are various stalls selling local handmade souvenirs, some workers are busy carving as you walk around, really impressive how a piece of wood turns into a giraffe etc.,prices are very reasonable.
