took a Motor Bike taxi ride to the top 60b, $ 1.71us, well worth it. The most magnificent view of Pattaya and should be in everyone's travel photo book. They do have beverages and food with a wonderful view fromthe open air restaurant.

This is a photographer's delight for capturing a picturesque view of the bay with boats and the captivating city shore line. Very peaceful and restful despite the high volume of visitors in the prayer area. Ramps help handicap reach the vantage viewing areas.8

it's easily accessible by car at top, no hassle on walking up but tourist bus need to stop in provided area and walk up a little distance.
