It is one of the landmark every tourist should visit. It is a visual delight. It is calender shoot monument with rich background i.e. mountain range of kanchanjunga. It is just 2-3 hrs drive from Gangtok by car and worth visit.

Travelled from Namchi to this serene place, not to miss when in Sikkim. Very well maintained and beautifully located place. Got a lot of knowledge about Buddhism. Though the journey is tough but not a place to miss.

What an amazingly serene place. The view is simply breathtaking. Do go up inside the statue of Lord Buddha. A must visit for anyone going to Sikkim. Ravangla is in South Sikkim just 2.5 hours from Gangtok.

The repairing work is done now. The statue & Buddha Park are open for tourists and devotees to visit now
