    Magnificent rock pool
We were amazed by how Mother Nature had created this magnificent rock pool. The scenic view to the cliffs and the ocean from here was worth to spend 2 hours from the port, with the last 2-3km was underdeveloped. However, since this has been a tourist hotspot, it was so crowded and messy.

    Unique experience
Every tourist operator brings their customers here hence very crowded. At/near high tide no one is allowed access to the rock pool as there have been a number of incidents where people have been washed back in to the sea. My visit coincided with near high tide. I think the authorities should ban access to the rock pool altogether and just allow mother nature to be admired for what it is.

Beautiful union of sea and land
This is close to Broken Beach probably a 5-10 mins walk away. There's a beautiful natural pool formed where people were taking a dip during low tide. We were lucky enough to experience both the low as well as high tide and could see the difference. Quite a unique experience overall.

    A really cool coastline
Really cool to come here on a blustery day and watch the waves crash against the rocks - it makes for some great photos and videos. Parking the scooter is 5,000 rupiah. Try to time your trip to avoid all the day trip tourists.

    Very good
We took this fast boat from Sanur to Nusa Penida. Took also another one on way back called Angkal fastboat. Both were good. However this one was basically on time what is rare i would say. Very good!

Rude influencers & try hard models everywhere pushing in for their insta photos. Influencers who yelled at local guides because they hadn’t gotten the right photo yet for their blog, puts a really bad taste in your mouth watching them be so rude.

Visited as part of a tour. Not much to look at really, just a small pool between rocks. Site is filled with tour groups all posing for their Instagram pics.

Very busy area. There was a restriction to how close you could walk to the edge as the sea levels had been very high although when we went the tide was out and so you could see the base rather than crashing waves.

The water level was fairly high when we arrived. It was neat how the water would move in and out. Not recommended to go in even if water level is low.

Beautiful but a lot crowded.

It’s a beautiful place but you will find a lot of tourist.
It’s a magnificent view to see how the sea has made a different place with rock bed separately,
