A market where you can taste local beers, cakes and food that you can't buy in the bigger venues of Hobart, all that day fresh and delicious, a stone's throw from the beach and an 10 minute ride from the Hobart CBD

This is little isolated, head along the waterfront away from the city past the wharves and you will upon a large market. This appears to be a favourite with the locals and a great place to catch up at the end of the week. There...More

Lovely environment, music, but not enough seating. Food quality varied, but I suspect patrons will get to know the better food outlets and support those.

We visited the HTM at Longbeach. There were plenty of parking and the location was beautiful. Small setup with very friendly stall holders ready to share their experience and their wares. Nice nibbles available. Some stalls accept credit cards too! Highly recommend for a relaxing...More

I believe the Twilight Market usually doesn't usually commence until October so perhaps that was why there were not many craft & "home-made" stalls at our August visit. Lots of hot food to buy and good music - better suited to young people wanting a...More

I love a good market but find the Hobart Twilight market is more about food, drinks, entertainment and gathering than it is about being a market. I would like to see more local arts and crafts, local food (the type you can buy to take...More
