About
Come and discover the Champagne making process with a small producer in Southern part of the Champagne Area. Visit and taste the differents champagnes produced on the estate. Every step, from the vine to the glass is made by the family. We are certified Terra Vitis and HVE for our way of production.

Notre visite dans cette maison de champagne a été très enrichissante. C'est une petite entreprise familiale où le frère et la sœur sont forts ensemble. Nous avons été bien accueillis et montrés avec soin. L'atmosphère était familière et aucune question ne restait sans réponse. La dégustation peut se faire au petit bar et toute la gamme peut être dégustée.

Hatten ein super schönes, spontanes Tasting beim Eigentümer Maxime, der ein sehr gutes Englisch spricht und ausgezeichneten Champagner produziert. Durften alles probieren und haben einiges mit genommen! Tolles preis leistungsverhätnis! Auch wenn der Tastingroom nicht immer besetzt ist (da kleiner Familienbetrieb) lohnt es sich mal zu klingeln!
Das Dorf Spoy läd zu einem kleinen Spaziergang ein bei dem man sofort in endlose Weinfelder kommt. Dann geht es auf unserer Tour weiter Richtung Süden.
