How can I say the experience in The Fairmont Spa-Taipei......? You are the best in Taipei.
I and my girl friend came into the spa in the 10th floor of a building. The environment is very clean, quiet and relax.The air full of pure essential oil Inside the spa. We tried couple body spa at first time. The bedding sheet is silk/cotton after we asked for staff.. Very very very soft ...The staff skills were very unique that we had never enjoied before in Taipei. They used pure essential oil and herbal oil that let my skin feeling so good after the treatment. We came here 2 days latter and enjoied one head spa and one facial spa. My girl friend was very excited after her head spa and jumped like a child. I enjoied facial spa and loved it deeply. We are so so hapy to share our experiences here in The fairmont SPA-Taipei. It has a beautiful name in chinese " Fei-Mon".

I found The Fairmont Spa Taipei from tripadvisor. I and my wife went to enjoy Facial spa on JAN. this year. We were so amazing their facilities. The bedding sheet were so tender as silk. They used France brand Biostase for us and we were so satisfied with their performance.
Then, we were back to enjoy Head spa due to my scalp problem. They were using Italy bbcos brand products for head and hair. I got hair loss and scalp itch for a while. When I sat down the comfortable chair, I was so relax. The beautiful lady who spoke fluent English described my scalp situation and gave me solution for choose. I got a very sensitive scalp that cause hair loss. She was so patient and professional to tell me the situation I met from the scalp test machine. To be honest, she was more professional than a doctor I met. She recommended me customize scalp treatment and I accepted it. 90 mins latter, She tested my scalp again, and magically my scalp became not so red and itch. I really could feel my scalp were totally clean and release pain that cause by itchy. Must must must come again and again. Thanks for saving my scalp and hair. I was so lucky to find you. We both like your smile and tender voice during the treatment. That made me feel so good.

This spa is located in the 10th floor and really close to the mrt. If you are going via mrt, take exit 3 of xing tian temple station.
We had a fantastic body scrub and very relaxing. The products used are very good. They have tons of treatments available. The facilities are great with a shower you can use to rinse off after the treatment is done. I was very happy that we could communicate in English. I would highly recommend it.

This spa is located in the 10th floor of a office building. If you are going via mrt, take exit 3 of xing tien station. It is in the same building as the Japanese medical supply store that is street level.
I had a fantastic facial treatment by Ms. Su. It was relaxing. The products used are good. I have pretty sensitive skin. You can check out their website for details on the treatments available. The facial treatment included shoulder massage as well as facial massage. There is a shower facility for a shower at the end to rinse off if you so choose to. When I was done, my skin felt and looked so bright and clean. I would highly recommend it.

Extremely expensive for the service delivered. All skin acne stayed the same only face masks and massage? No scratch no extraction no lotion for purification no steam? Very bad qualified.
Even in the night market for 290TWD u get a better result. I don't recommend and won't never be back. I'm sorry to write this but if we don't say services can't improve. .... Im did complain at the place. They agreed and took me inside for better service, but nothing have changed and I did pay the same. 2000TWD way expensive for what u get.

Dear Mara,
You reserved a 60 mins facial treatment in our spa. Our therapist did makeup remover, cleansing, peeling, steam, light extraction and mask, then massage and cosmetics. While your male friend came out after finish treatment, he said perfect. But you thought all acnes and fat granules on his face should be clean totally , and we already gave you free 30 mins more to clean it. Since you still not satisfied, we did what we did as best as we could, can not do more as you wish. You said fat granule on the left side face need to be removed. We tried to took off some. As you know some needed to be wait until they become mature. If you really need total face extraction, please remember to tell next spa bcs normally foreigners did not like extraction. And it will take longer time to do. You are a very special case.
All of our amenities and tools were sterilized. If you said you can get NT.290 in night market better than us, please enjoy.

This was third times I visit Taipei. What a raining day..... I choose The Fairmont spa to enjoy my facial and scalp treatment . The environment was quite quiet and clean. The facilities were very high end compared with other spas I visited.
I loved the feeling and result after the treatment. Must come back again and again.

I went to this place because of the good reviews on TripAdvisor. I signed up for a massage and body scrub, a facial, and scalp treatment. In other words, the full works.
I was so disappointed. In a way, I feel bad to write this review because the three therapists were really really nice people. But as therapists, only Lenora knew what she was doing. I don't know the names of the other two, but as sweet as they were, they didn't know about pressure points for a body massage or for a facial either. The room wasn't relaxing. At one point, I was staring directly up into the light bulb as I got my facial. I had to hold up my hand to block the light out.
Towels and robes were old and worn out. No warm towels were used except for a very very lukewarm one during the facial.
I also ended up being there for five and a half hours instead of the expected three and a half. Not because i was getting extra work done, but because I had to wait for long intervals while they worked on other customers. So much of my time was wasted. Granted, mine was a last-minute appointment, but I wish they had told me that they would have customers and so to just concentrate on one or two treatments so I wouldn't have spent my WHOLE afternoon there.
Sorry to have to post this review, but this is what TripAdvisor is for - to help other customers know the truth. And the truth is that there are some unskilled therapists/masseuses here. If you're used to quality spa treatments and massages, you might be disappointed here.
