Absoluely loved this place. I could have spent an entire day browsing the well-curated shops. It's exactly the kind of art hub that I always look for in other countries. Nice to see creations from the young artsy Taiwanese.
There's not much to see here. There were some popup stalls but they were all closed. It seems like it was a waste of time going here.
