Spent a fun and informative few hours learning about snakes and getting the opportunity to hold several of them. The tour was made by the passionate and funny man that is 'Prince Albert' .... he made sure everyone had a laugh, adults and children, whilst learning about snakes and clearing up so pre conceived ideas about them. I thought the... More

This sanctuary is easily accessed just off the N2 highway. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a tour guide named Ken. He immediately asked us our names and explained that he would take us around the facility to show us the different snakes. Throughout the tour, he mentioned my children by names, kept them entertained with stories and... More

We were warmly welcomed and introduced to the park. The tour was very relaxed and you can walk around, listen to Kens great knowledge about all the snakes, freely take pictures, hold snakes, explore the whole area. After the tour you are free to walk around by yourself. All in all a great experience. Ken was a great guide who... More

We were given a very informative guided tour as a family along with one other couple. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The tour takes around an hour, and there is then a small play area and a small shop. My wife and daughter were both a bit nervous of snakes before this, but found out that they are... More

the snake sanctuary was a great day out, informative, entertaining and very comprehensive. our guide Prince Albert was very good, and he was able to keep the kids' attention with him during the entire tour. Afterwards they accommodated us to have our picknick in their play area, which is wonderful too!

Really lovely afternoon spent here, tour was an hour long but our guide Albert took lots of time to explain about the different types of snakes and answered any questions we had, so our tour was nearly 2 hours long, which was great, we held a few different types of snakes and the whole visit was excellent!

I was apprehensive, thought our kids (3&5) would get bored, but they and we loved it. Our guide was superb- knowledgeable and entertaining and we all were fascinated by the snakes
