Did the trunk in hand walk, just the two of us with three elephants and four guides. Very informative, loved having the elephant place its trunk in my hand and walk through the forest. One slight problem, elephant snot is difficult to get off your clothes! Absolutely loved it, would return.

An educational hour with elephants in the sanctuary. Guide very knowledgable and enjoyed it but didn't like the video taken of us and place was expensive ....about £30 each !

Enjoyed this well organised sanctuary, but did feel these elephants needed more space. They are well used to visitors and are expectant when they hear the truck approaching and line up expecting to be fed. Zebras are also roaming this area and it was nice to be able to see them all so closely. A magical moment to be able... More

It was a great thrill to get to be near the ellies, but thought we were going to walk with them like I had done on a previous visit, but once another tractor arrived bringing more visitors the elephants trundled off to where you feed them and took no further interest in us so felt we had spent quite a... After seeing wild elephants throughout Southern Africa, it was rewarding to be able to get so close to them. It wasn't a transformative experience, but I'm glad I did it. The animals seem to be well looked after. My husband and I were the only people in our "group". We bought the video at the end. I don't remember the... More

This was an amazing experience. Walking with and feeding the elephants was incredible. The guide was excellent and very knowledgeable about these beautiful animals. The handlers encouraged us to interact with the elephants and there were numerous photo opportunities. An unforgettable experience, highly recommended.

At only 1 hour, this is a bit pricey compared to most attractions in the area, however you do get a chance to get up close to the elephants, and it supports a very worthy cause.

Was a nice visit. On the good side it gave us areal feel in the literal sense of the word to touch and see the elephants. Even here theyre still wild, as was shown by their panicky gallop when one of the elephamtd trumpeted for an unkwonw danger. Also a little circus like Because of the speed with which ee... More

I was scared at first to walk with this big as life animal behind me holding my hand but when that first wet blow of "snot" cover your hand, you're in love. The stories are real, giant animal with a giant heart.
