This very old Dutch fort is used by the Navy.They have special security checks and specific times to visit.Its better to drive around and have a look.

This fort is under the navy and used by them and also maintained by them. A navy personal actually guides groups pf people through the short tour of this small fort. Was surprised by the number of Sri Lankans whos were waiting for the tour.
