We popped in on a quiet rainy Tuesday off season so we weren't expecting much. It was deserted and peaceful and the views were nice. Worth a visit

Camping at lake fiastra was really nice, surrounded by nature. The lake is clean and the water is cold. It is lovely to swim during summer time. We are recommended it!

We were recommended this lake by a couple of lovely Fransciscan women from Assisi whom we encountered in the Sibillini Mountains. We swam in the lake, very warm in July, and had lunch at the bar on the shore afterwards. A lovely day out.

The lake is 87 metres deep at the deepest point. The shores are quite steep, so after 4-5 metres you will not be able to stand in the water anymore. The access from the beaches is easy and child friendly though, while canoes... More
