Mikami jinja temple – the only hair temple in Japan apparently. If you need to care for your baldness as I do. A beautiful lake beside, and fantastic bamboo walkway nearby.

Mikami-Jinja Shrine. Probably the first shrine I visited in Japan. Likely one of the smallest. The shrine was just off the Torokko-Arasiyama station and next to a tranquil pond.

This temple is gorgeous, has a few buildings of worship, in addition to the garden which is surrounded by forests, also has a pool with a beautiful environment. When I was here, i can feel the peace and the natural surroundings.

This is only shrine for Hair in Japan (that I've heard). can wish anything related hair problem or being a good hair stylist etc. I could get a charm with small Japanese wooden hair comb. It is a small shrine but interesting to visit.
