It was a very nice morning with a friendly teacher and his wife. I learned a niew panting technic and wil use it when I paint postcards by my self. It where a nice two oures.

Handmade momentos mean more! Terrific hosts, peaceful and inviting setting. All, including teenage daughter, enjoyed artists with painting and delicious snacks. This authentic, off the beaten path, activity was definitely a highlight of our trip to Kyoto. Suitable for any age.More

My daughters are aged 5 and 8. Both really enjoyed the art class. Mr&Mrs. Kyosuke Kojima are lovely and kind hearted hosts. It was by far my daughters favourite thing to do in Kyoto. The art work they produced was a beautiful souvenir of Japan....More

One of the best activities in my trip! They welcomed me in their cute studio and made me feel at home! Also the painting tecnic was super interesting and the design the have been developed were awesome! Totally recommend this workshop!

My daughter and I attended a morning art class set amongst the artists art room. He patiently taught us Japanese Kimono art and we both had a wonderful time and would therefore highly recommend this activity. The residence was easy to find and their hospitality...More
