Probably one of the best views in Sapporo. Really great walk in the fall. The winter sports museum has many interesting activities to do for people of all ages. And if you are lucky you can see a ski jump competition or practice!

Taking the ski chair to Mt Okura Observatory is an experience not to miss when you visit Saporro...especially in winter. The observatory offers a panoramic view of the city. After viewing the sight, do not the nice ice cream spread at the cafe.

Used during the Winter Olympics, this facility is beautiful and is maintained well. For a fee of Y500 per person, we went up the observation deck at the top of the ski lift. Exceptional views from there.

The area is not easy to get to with public. Best is a cab. We used a private car with the driver waiting for us. Maybe cheaper to just let the taxi go the. Request for another as soon as you finish.
