The day we visited it was raining but this did not effect the walk. We had a free guided tour from a local volunteer it was a really great experience

We were there in autumn and it was still very lovely. Peaceful and lots of water features with opportunities for great photos. Easy to travel by bus to get there and brochures in English to give history and other information

No need to buy tickets in advance. They take credit cards and yen. Allow a few hours to walk around the park. There is a gift shop and museum. Also a few places to get a snack or drinks if you need. Taxis are available... More
