From Osaka Docks you go with New Tram to Cosmosquare Station. Then go with Chuo Line from Cosmosquare Station to Hommachi Station. Change with Midosuji Line stop at Namba Station and vice versa

I recommend eating in Dotonbori, if you like ramen try Ichiran, it's by the Ebisu Bridge beside Shinsaibashi

Yes most of the big sports name have their stand alone stores here so they are originals.

スパワールド世界の大温泉 You can enjoy the atmosphere of Osaka. There are a lot of delicious things around. 有馬温泉 Although it is a bit far away there is a place called Arima Onsen. It is about an hour from Osaka. It is a wonderful hot spring resort. I have an English page. Please copy paste and search. Please enjoy.

The prices are the same as the UK so I'd assume that it's worldwide. People assume that Japan is more expensive but it isn't. Remember you do get VAT returns but it's not cumulative on your total bill. There's a minimum on a purchase before you get the saving and whatever you buy take your passport for them to stamp and put your receipt inside for customs. But I've been twice and I've always take them out and packed them away. They tell you to keep things separate but they're not interested in inspecting your luggage. All the best Matthew

心斎橋のアーケードからすぐ入れる場所にあります。 垢抜けた雰囲気で、洗練された感じのする場所で、通りには飲食店や雑貨店等いろい ろとあり、散策するのに良い場所です。

There's Zara and Uniqlo. The variety will depend on the season you visit.

There is definitely a Disney store in Shinsaibashi it's marked on Google maps, it's not a Disneyland store but it sells some of the same merchandise, not as extensive as actually going to Disney itself. When you exit Shinsaibashi station and enter Shinsaibashi from the "top" (opposite Diesel store) it's on your right it's 4 blocks down, I.e the fifth block. Hope that helps :)

Shinsaibashi is more of a shopping street rather than for kids. If you want children-friendly attractions, I would recommend the Osaka Aquarium instead.
