Came here almost everyday as we stayed nearby. Loved browsing the shops and seeing all the foods on display. Go in the evenings before they close to get discounted sashimi!

Lots of vendors to choose from. Typical street market. Vibrant and filled people. All types of merchandise and strew food.

Similar to other markets in Japan. The toro was awesome! Many stalls stayed open past closing time. Bathrooms closed at 6:00 PM, but you can go to Family Mart.

Open 10 am until 6pm, and Sunday is closed ( google said that... next time try writing in google) or download the Lonely Planet app. Is free and is amazing for travel in Japan.

Hi, it has to be open. Public holiday is only the first of January. Opening hours are 9 am to 6 pm, usually, but some shops can open or close earlier or later.
