Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great location for shopping fans. This place boosts a long stretch of shops from skincare, clothing, souvenirs and food, all sheltered. Conveniently located near tenjin train station, you can easily access the place by public transport. It is also linked to major department stores like daimaru so you can spend a day here just shopping.

This is a very unique and classical underground shopping arcade. The ambient is very calming and welcoming. Never have i seen something like this in Japan. In hot sunny day, this is a good refuge from the heat while window shopping.

I went there with my baby. There were so many thing to see and to eat. I wish I could have more time to walk around. Not too cold in the winter but it’s quite crowded as we went there in the weekend.

Nice underground but needs a bit of heating. Came here when it was winter and raining outside and this place is good to take shelter. The shops are decent and comparable to many malls in major cities. For city shoppers, this is a must visit.

This is the place to be for shopping & food. Ate the local famous fish, cod fish rice topped with eggs, seaweed & scallions, so delicious!

If you like drench bread, go to Boulangerie for its No. 1 croissant and maple syrup coffee.

It’s just another typical shopping mall but with styling ceilings and toilets. Nothing special about it. But might be fun to stroll around when you are not doing anything on the weekends.

Its a long shopping 'street' underground, which is modern and clean with nice decorations. The shops are mainly selling branded clothing items. There are a few cafes too.

It is nice enough. But it lacks character. Honestly, you could be in any mall in any other city in the world, and feel the same.

We went at 5pm on a friday, and it was very, very, very crowded. After 15 minutes, we felt we needed to get out, to escape the crowd.

The underground shopping mall is quite big. You better wear comfortable shoes as there are a lot of stores to explore. Though it may become crowded, it is clean and nice. You will see a variety of brands (Japan) and other international brands. There are also eateries and souvenir shops that you can choose from.
