After touring the house, take time to sit back at one of the shaded seats located at the yard. Its airy with perfect vantage point to marvel at the house's grandeur. Imagine yourself as the haciendero of the olden times taking his afternoon siesta.

The place is regulated by the Silay City Government as the house was donated for cultural purposes. Inside there are Tour Guide who will explain to you the history of the house.

There's an entrance fee to Balay Negrense because they turned the old house into a museum. I think the entrance fee is PHP60. Definitely enjoyed the tour and learning about the family who owns this house.
