Found this place by mistake and so glad we did. A must! Drove through Argassi on our way to Banana beach. Thought we'd take a detour to the right. A dirt track that looks like it goes nowhere. At the bottom of the hill there this most wonderful place. Also, great views from the top of the steep hill. Highly... More

The road to the beach is a little complicated but it was worth it. It's a quiet beach with not so many tourists and a great place to do scubadiving (the best i have experienced in Zakynthos).

After our short visit a couple of days ago we decided to spend a whole day here. Only Dafni beach taverna open & good simple food. Spirios is very welcoming. The sea was beautifully warm & we had a very relaxed, chilled time. Took the main route this time & absolutely fine.

After storms the road was tricky in parts but we made it! We didn't eat as wanted to get back before dark. But there are several restaurants & we had a pleasant time with a cup of tea & a book over looking the sea.

Easy access, free parking and tavernas are right on the beach. Two approach roads both of which are steep and rough in places but easily driveable. Worth spending a whole day here.

One of the best beaches for snorkeling in Zakhyntos. You have to be careful as the beach is protected, ecologist on place. You can' t do fishing or any related activities. Don't go to the "5 " Euros umbrella at the right side of the beach! On the left, they are free, and the taverna is one of the best... More

The road is steep, so on the way down we were a bit worried if our Nissan Micra would make it back op. But even our tiny car with not that powerfull engine climbed the hills with little effort. So no need doe a four-wheel-drive! Even at the first exit from the main road to Vasillikos, which is said to... More

Great beach in a turtle conservation area (National Marine Park of Zakynthos). The turtle nests are protected by cages and sit precariously close to sunbathing visitors. That said, a team of volunteers patrol the beach keeping an eye on the nests. We were lucky enough to see turtles emerge and make their way to the sea - discretely guarded by... More

Not an easy ride getting there but it sure is worth it. Just head on the far end on the lady umbrellas where is more peaceful and more relaxing.
