Very bad service. We were told 2 swimm stops for 45 min. At Turtle island and Kery caves. We only got one swimm stop at photo 1, 20 min long. We saw turtle island from the boat, didnt visit or swimm. We saw Kery caves from boat, didnt visit or swimm, they said too windy, and it wasnt. And then stopped at some third place for short swimm. We saw turtlle from far, pic 2. Glass bottom nothing. They just drove us arround and came back to port. Kid was disappointed. I made a complaint, didnt answer. Representative told us he is not responsible. Not recomended.

We booked the turtle and blue cave boat tour very last minute but rep John (Nemesis bar, Tsilivi) was very accommodating and informative, John was honest about what he was unsure of or didn’t know and didn’t try to blag his way through it which was a refreshing change. We were a group of four with one of our group not a very strong swimmer therefore John suggested swimming around the blue caves in particular was to be undertaken with caution due to the increased risk of undercurrents nearer the caves, though once there were told we weren’t allowed in or near the caves. The trip itself was really good, the boat was not too full and we could move around with ease. We did see a turtle which was lovely but did feel sorry for the poor thing being bombarded by 5/6 boats at any one time surrounding it very closely. The trip was a good way of seeing the island and the views were spectacular. The crew on the boat were courteous and appeared to know exactly what they were doing. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is food and drink bought on board is expensive so would recommend taking your own and a canopy on the upper deck for some shade would have been lovely during the swim stops for those of us who did not get off the boat as it was very very hot and the seats heated up to the point of needing a towel to sit on so you didn’t burn your backside. A minor thing but when the captain was giving information if you were on the upper deck you could not hear what was being said. All in all a good trip, value for money and I would definitely book again.

We went for a VIP tour, stopping near the blue cave for 1 hour swim, shipwrek 1 hour swim and Keri Cave 1 hour swim, plus many other stops to see Poseidon, Porto Vromi, Delphin Caves, etc. What we did? 30 minutes in Shipwrek and 15 minutes in Keri Cave only. We left the port and it was raining, some people tried to stay on the upper deck (open) because there were no seat in the covered one. The captain tried for 30 minutes to approach the Shipwrek without success, the other companies approached in one move only. (I skip the blue caves because we never stop to swim there). After 30 minutes only we had to leave the Navagio (Shipwrek) because we had to follow the program, no matter what and no matter what we payed for. We sailed straight to keri cave (Poseidon and all the intermediate stops were a complete dream), in Keri Cave we stopped for 15 minutes, the time to keep our bump in the cold water. We went back to Zante Port running like desperates. (Turtle spotting??? are you joking? What is that?). We literally wasted every single Euro we payed to them. Not even one p was worth the experience. When we approached the head office, we have been kicked out in a really bad way because we explained we were unhappy. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid it.

We booked 2 trips with this company with Constantine on Kalamaki high street. He was very helpful and friendly explaining each trip to us. The first trip we took was the 3 hour turtle and swimming trip. As promised we saw turtles and did 2 swimming stops in the lovely warm sea. Being August the boat was very busy but that is to be expected and we still managed to sit on the sun deck. The second trip was the 4 hour VIP trip to Blue Caves and shipwreck. This is a must if you are in Zante. The most idyllic beach setting you could imagine. We stopped at the beach for about an hour and were able to leave the ship for this time. We then did a swimming stop at the Blue caves which were beautiful. The coach transfers from Kalamaki to Zante harbour were well organised and prompt. We would definitely recommend Constantine, this company and these trips.

Myself, my partner and two daughter booked a HALF day boat trip in the Tsilivi office. I made the lady well aware that I only wanted a half day to shipwreck and to see the turtles. So she told about this brand new boat with glass bottom that was exactly what we wanted, we were told pick up at 0830 and back for 1400 sounded perfect. But unfortunately what she had booked us on was a FULL day trip to blue caves and shipwreck, no turtles. My young daughter was so ill on the boat it was such a long day not back until 1700. I called in to the office the following day only to be told tough luck there's was nothing she could do and if I wasn't happy to go to Zante Town to head office.... excellent customer service. Save your money don't touch this company. There are many more reputable ones in Tsilivi.
