This little area is a highlight with the vegetation and colors. There were a lot of people there at the overlook and I did have to wait to get the photo I wanted of the area.

Get there early for sunset, it will fill up on busy days. The scenery is beautiful in every direction and the colors of the sunset make it even more spectacular.

The Badlands National Park is a very opinionated place to visit. There sure are a lot of viewpoints. This helps to spread the visitors out. This viewpoint is spectacular. Very unique features abound within the park. This is one of the best.

Be sure to spend time hiking around this stop. You will be rewarded with amazing views and cameo appearances of the beautiful sheep. Bring a picnic and enjoy!
