Our visit was perfectly timed with the first snow fall of the season. the week of Thanksgiving was also great timing - as the park was not crowded and plenty of places to park next to - or at least close to - the many overlooks that will surprise your eyes! The rock formations - at least to us -... More

as part of the 2nd half of the 8 mile loop - well if you started from Queens Garden - then you will be part and down among the hoodoos - definitely much less travel and - if you;re desperate - you might be able to take a BR break without the freeway crowds - ps there is actually a... More

While not as dramatic as Queens Garden Trail, it's still dramatic at every turn. Different scenery when you get down to the bottom of the canyon with spruce trees and forest. Instead of doing the loop, hike to or from Sunset Pointe and take the shuttle back to you car.

Loved our 5 hour hike in Bryce. We started at Sunset and ended at Sunrise Point with Peek-A-Boo in the middle. So much to see and great views around every corner. Be prepared for lots of stops as there are so many great photo opportunities.

Bryce is one of my favorite National Parks and this trail is a good one. Lots of spectacular views, some shade, some sun and tons of ups and downs. You start and finish at an elevation of 8400 feet and during the hike have about a 1500 foot elevation change so places are pretty tiring but taking it at your... More

The window walls and holes in the rock that you ride or walk through are jaw dropingly splendid. Glad I was on a mule rather than my feet. You'd definitely need to be fit to tackle a hike!

We combined this trail with Navajo and Garden trails. Well worth the effort. Spectacular scenery. This section of our hike had fewer visitor.

Pretty strenuous hike but well worth the effort. Lots of steep inclines and declines but the views are so much more awesome than from the top. Recommend you go clockwise around the loop.

This walk visits the other side of the amphitheatre and is slightly less crowded than the Queens Garden but just as good. It is a little longer but no more difficult. If you have time do both and you will be well rewarded with many wonderful photos. Lots of amazing rock shapes . Part of this trail is shared use... More
