This trail follows the rim of the canyon. It's very easy and has spectacular views of the canyon. Make time to hike at least a section of it.

We hiked some of the rim trail on our first evening at Bryce Canyon. Rather than taking the free shuttle bus we took our own car on this occasion, and there was lots of parking as it was quite late in the day. The views...More

We had some non~hikers with us and we were all able to take this walk together. If you do not like heights you might be a little hesitant but its completely doable!

My husband and I hiked the Rim Trail yesterday. The views are amazing. But I’m afraid of heights, and spent much of it as far away from the edge as possible, and having a panic attack. I’ve read the posts that say ‘go for it’...More

Helpful trick if you are in your car. You can do this walk one way, park your car at one end, and then the free park shuttle every 10 minutes will take you back to the parking lot.

From 8 years old to 75 years old, we all enjoyed walking that path and had wonderful view of what I believe is the best canyon/park there is to visit in this region. A must-do.

The trail was perfect for an easy day hike with family. Visited in September so no summer crowds. Beautiful weather and scenery. The trail was well marked and worn. Easy on the legs and feet. Highly recommend.
