We were advised to come here to see the pupfish, which are unique to Death Vally. There were none to see. Still a nice walk.

Nice boardwalk to a salt creek where a threatened pup fish survives. Water is salty and even dries up. These little fish are on the brink and need our loving support.

It’s a nice board walk out through the desert until eventually you come across a small bridge that crosses a muddy puddle. It’s not really big enough to call it a pond - well not when we were there in October. We spent ages peering...More

The walkway was a great experience that let you see the Pup Fish that are in the salt stream. It is hard to believe there is a stream in the desert with fish in it. A great walk.

Very interesting to see fish in the middle of the desert. The fish are very small however the boardwalk is next to the stream. Also saw an interesting bird while we were there. We walked the whole boardwalk however you really do not need to...More

So this was a boardwalk over/by a stream, so you could see all the tiny pupfish darting around. That was interesting, but it was also pretty hot on that boardwalk, and I and others got bitten a few times by some large fly-like creature. The...More

Absolutely worth a stop! If for nothing else the fact that its flowing water with fish,. in Death Valley. Mom LOVED the little Pupfish! We enjoyed the hike overall! Its short, but the boardwalk parallels the stream and provides a level and protective (if only...More
