Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Between Dec and Feb, you can drive your own car to this point. Apparently, you can only get the red bus there at other times.
A couple of serious photographers were set up there, so the views must be good - and they are! Love how you can see a big stretch of the Colorado River. Wonderful spot.

All of the overlooks start to run together. This one stands out because we could actually hear the rapids of the Colorado River in the distance. There is a section that you can see the rapids from here. I did not have a very strong zoom on the camera, but you can see them. I imagine this area offers an excellent sunset.

Pima Point is accessed along Hermit Road and is the last major viewpoint before Hermit's Rest. Hermit Road is accessible only by free shuttle or the Rim Trail most of the year. Views from this viewpoint are expansive in all directions and one can see the Colorado River below. Despite the expansive views, we liked some of the earlier viewpoints better; perhaps outstanding canyon views were starting to become routine by the time we made it out this far.

This view point is great and we hiked to Hermits Rest from here since it is down hill and the trail is paved. Watch out for bicycles as this is also a bicycle trail. The views from here a spectacular. Enjoy.

This viewpoint on the Hermit Trail offers stunning views of the canyon. It is an easy walk from the parking area to the viewpoint.

I recommend seeing every Grand Canyon overlook, but this is my favorite. This is towards the end of the bus route, but totally worth it.

I was surprised to be the only couple getting off the shuttle here. Perhaps the other all felt that it would be more of the same and were saving their energy for Hermit's Rest but I thought this stop was excellent. Twenty feet further along from where the tarmac ends you feel like you are alone in the wilderness. The glimpses of the river are good and the view down the canyon has that wow factor. Well recommended

Pima Point is less crowded than some other spots on the West Rim drive. You can see the river below and it has great views for the sunset.

Well worth traveling out to Pima Point on the red shuttle for a spectacular view of the Grand Canyon including views of the Colorado River.

How long dose it take if I get pima point via shuttle bus? I have only 3hours inside GC national park, is it possible to go to pima point and back to center within 3hours?
