What a great place for a hike or a short stroll through the woods or the beautiful meadows. Lots of trails and some of the most beautiful little waterfalls anywhere. Easy to get to. I recommend staying at the Paradise Inn.

Beautiful place. Parking a mess. Asphalt. Noisy. Hiking trails fabulous. Saw a momma bear with her baby and lots of marmots. The plants and trees are lovely. Gets cold except mid summer at 5400 feet. Take layers.
