And I thought nothing could beat Hoh but this came really close. I felt like I was in Jurassic Park and kept expecting to see dinosaurus. Seriously, and this is from a guy in his late 50s. So worth the trip from across the country....More

We spent a week at Olympic National Park and got some great photos, the rainforest did not disappoint. So close to the Pacific beaches and yet so close to the forest. A must see!

Visited in April. It was raining too hard when we arrived, but still got some great photos from inside the car.

We started on the north drive and made the loop. The gravel road is easily passable for passenger cars and worth the trip. The homestead is cool but the rain forest loop is spectacular

Absolutely beautiful and we were fortunate to see elk. The waterfalls were amazing and the river was the most beautiful colour. Take the time to enjoy the nature trails.

We stayed here for two nights and did as many hikes as we could. The hike to Pony Bridge was the best. Investigate bear canisters before going in. We ended up eating/loading up on snacks before the hike and then leaving the rest in the...More

This is one of the stops on the Olympic Loop Drive that gets missed by many. Trails are near the main road, rt 101, with a variety of lengths starting at .5 mile to 3 miles with interconnecting trails. Beautiful, very few on trails even...More

Lake Quinault and vicinity is a good, pristine nature area. Considering my visits to many national parks, I did not find anything very special here. The lake vicinity is good with the lodge area, restaurant and the gift shops etc. The rain forest trails are...More

We drove to each waterfall and they were easily accessed. We got a map and followed it.
