Wonderful morning walking on the Lily Lake trail. There are a couple of side trails, but otherwise, this is an easy trail not more than a mile and relatively level. The views were pretty and we did see a big moose feeding just off the...More

Stop by this small alpine lake on Rt 7 South of Estes Park for a nice 1 mike walk around the perimeter or longer more challenging hikes splitting off. The lake hike is great for small kids and elderly folks. Pretty flat all around. Great...More

Spent a couple of hours in the area in early evening. We were on the "hunt" for moose to photograph, but no luck. Birds were plentiful and the muskrats were very active the day we were there. Trail is gravel/level with nice views of mountains...More

A fabulous walk around a beautiful mountain lake that just about anybody can do. We stop several times to get pictures of the awesome views. It's also a great warm-up for getting a little more acclimated to the altitude before heading to something more.

This is a nice walking path around the lake. They also had had paths farther behind that we did last time we visited and one that went up higher that we did not go on this visit.
