We visited in February which is great for avoiding crowds, but also kind of dangerous. The hiking was stupendous and the trials were in great shape, however on all of them, especially the Weeping Rock Trail, we ran into snow and ice. Difficult going up, but the views from this trail are amazing!! When we couldn't go any further because... More

Short paved hike. Anywhere else the views would be amazing but in Zion there are better hikes. Hike is pretty steep for a short stretch. Good plant markers on this trail.

This is a great easy hike. Its uphill the entire way to the weeping rock but it is worth it. The view from the end is beautiful and it is so cool to stand under it. Bring water! Don't miss it!

This was the first trail we did during our short stay in Zion. Not a must see but a quick stop so very much worth doing if time permits. The view looking out from Weeping Rock is beautiful. Ideal if you have limited time as it is one of the easiest and shortest hikes. Weeping Rock Trailhead is the 7th... More

Took a slow motion video with my IPhone and it was so cool seeing the water flowing from the rock. It is wet there so be careful with your camera equipment

This was the easiest and shortest hike I did on my visit to Zion. The hike is fairly easy with a pretty long uphill climb. There are signs with information on plants and such on the trail so if you have to, they are perfectly spaced to let you catch your breath and read up!! If this rock were located... More

Beautiful scenery got the best pictures. Love Zion. I like it better before peak season, so the lodge it's a better deal and you can use your car in the park

A quick stop and short easy hike. Worth a quick visit but not a don't miss in Zion. Not much to see in October as very little water weeping

Weeping Rock is an easy trail to hike with a nice view and water above you. This is good to walk with children and if your not in a real great condition. Even on a warm or cold wet day it is easy.

Firstly, the trail didn't seem as steep as some people on here say it is so don't be put off by that too much. It's very easy to get to as the shuttle bus stops right at the start. You can continue past the "weeping" rock part and the trail becomes a little more rugged but also less busy. On... More
