Firstly, the trail didn't seem as steep as some people on here say it is so don't be put off by that too much. It's very easy to get to as the shuttle bus stops right at the start. You can continue past the "weeping" rock part and the trail becomes a little more rugged but also less busy. On... More

Stop 7 on the Zion Shuttle this is probably the shortest trail in Zion. It's a bit steep but probably less than 10 minutes to where the water is "weeping" down over the rocks.

The trail is located just off the roadside and close to the shuttle drop off. The walk up to rock wall is easy, but on a moderate gradient, and only takes a few minutes. The hanging garden and colours on the rock are beautiful and very interesting when you think about the processes allowing the plants to grow there. The... More

This trail is definitely one of the shortest trails---but straight uphill! The view at the end though is just gorgeous! I could have stayed there all day---highly recommend as long as you can climb a short amount uphill.

This was an uphill hike for a small portion but not difficult. We were fortunate to be there when there were not a lot of other people but I can imagine how cramped the trail would get when crowded. There are stairs at the end of the trail & I can imagine it being slippery when wet. I am recovering... More

This was our main reason for going to Zion and wow was it so worth the steep walk up to the weeping wall. The water coming down from the top of the mountain, rains down by the cave, creating a raining effect and one has to walk through it and one can be annoyed by getting wet or as my... More

Large rock face that drips water down. Fairly easy climb. The 87 year old opted out of this hike. One child thought they'd try the water & says they don't recommend anyone drink it.

My wife and I hiked this trail on a Friday afternoon in mid-October 2016. This is a short hike with a bit of uphill at the start. It had the potential to be peaceful, but there were quite a few people on the trail, and sometimes we found ourselves moving very slowly on what should have been an easy walk.... More

The Weeping Rock Trail is one of the shortest trails in Zion National Park. Whilst it is reasonably steep trail, most people will be able to walk it without too much difficulty. It does get quite hot in the middle of the day, so would strong recommend either doing the trail early in the morning or later in the afternoon
