We did all hikes (that were open) at Zion, and this was our absolute favorite! While it is one of the tougher hikes, the change of terrain and scenery along the path is fun, and the view is breathtaking! Well worth it.

I think what you see is very similar. From observation point you are higher and looking right at Angels landing. So, from Angels Landing you have an unobstructed view to the south and you are on a pinnacle so that's a big wow factor, but from Obs. point you get one big overall view of Zion.
